Robert Sullivan Bio

Robert has vast experience both investing and operating successful businesses. As Co-President & Co-Chairman of Pallet Logistics of America, Robert helped build one of the leading wooden pallet recycling companies in the US, ultimately leading to a successful sale and recapitalization. Additionally, Robert served as CEO and Co-Chairman for Western Marketing, one of the largest regional lubricant distributors in the US, ultimately leading to a successful sale to a strategic buyer. Prior to these roles, Robert served under the COO and VP of Logistics at Dal-Tile International, North America’s largest manufacturer and distributor of ceramic tile products. At Dal-Tile, he led an operation and participated in various profitability improvement programs, restructurings, and acquisition integrations. Robert is also a Founding Partner of CrimStone Partners, a Dallas, Texas based investment firm partnering with entrepreneurs, and their teams, to provide capital and advisory expertise, to build great businesses primarily focusing on manufacturing, distribution and business services. Robert started his career working with the investment banking firms of Bear Stearns and Wasserstein Perella. Robert holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned four varsity football letterman awards.
