Patrick is a Managing Director at BMC with responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the M&A process including due diligence, deal structuring, and deal sourcing. Patrick was the first employee of BMC and partnered with Dave in developing the early initiatives of the firm. Previously, Patrick was a consultant with Ernst & Young where he advised large corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions. Collectively, Patrick has spent over a decade dedicated to M&A and has been a part of over 50 transactions with billions in transaction value.
