Baylor Banks, Jr. Bio

Mr. Banks joined Brighton Partners in 2017. Previously, he was with Truist Securities, where he worked on the structuring and execution of financing in support of leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisitions and divestitures for middle market clients across a wide range of industries. Mr. Banks earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
