Reece Breault Bio

Reece Breault is the Head of Portfolio Talent at Brighton Park Capital, where he is responsible for building and managing the talent bank, strategy and supporting the overall success of portfolio companies through talent. Prior to joining BPC in August of 2024, Reece spent over a decade at Daversa Partners, one of the leading executive search firms across the high growth tech ecosystem. There, he established himself as a leader in recruiting top executives across the software ecosystem, helping place leaders at Celonis, Turbonomic, DoorDash, Okta, Arkose Labs, GreyOrange and more. Reece graduated from the University of Fairfield with a B.A in Communications.
