Monica Romano Bio

Monica Romano is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer at Brighton Park Capital. Monica leads the firm’s financial operations which includes accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, valuations, portfolio monitoring, and audits. In addition, she leads tax, fund structuring, and financial compliance, ensuring policies and controls are followed. Prior to joining BPC in September of 2019, Monica spent four years at Bessemer Venture Partners as a Senior Partnership Accountant in the operations group. After earning her MBA and BBA in Accounting from Iona College, Monica began her career at EY where she spent four years in the Wealth Asset Management practice focusing on private equity and hedge fund clients.
