Michael Lyons Bio

Michael Lyons is a Vice President of Value Creation at Brighton Park Capital (BPC). In this role, he proactively collaborates with portfolio leadership teams on key strategic, go-to-market, and operational topics. Michael also specializes in embedded payments monetization and B2B SaaS pricing & packaging. Prior to joining BPC in April of 2025, Michael was on the Portfolio Value Creation team at Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE). During his time at SGE, he worked with portfolio companies to build new revenue streams, accelerate growth, expand margins, and improve retention through a variety of growth and cost efficiency initiatives. Michael also led SGE’s embedded finance function, overseeing all integrated payments volume across their portfolio. Previously, Michael was a consultant at Ernst & Young (EY), where he supported corporations across M&A synergy realization, cost optimization, organizational design, project management, and operational transformations. Michael graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations (ILR) and a minor in Business.
