Ezra Berman Bio

Ezra Berman is a Vice President at Brighton Park Capital. Ezra’s primary responsibilities include deal sourcing, completing due diligence on prospective investments, and working with portfolio companies on value creation. During his time at Brighton Park, Ezra has been involved with the firm's investments in Canary Technologies, Coralogix, Darktrace, Impartner, MathCo, and Orca AI. Prior to joining BPC in August of 2021, Ezra worked at Moelis & Company working across both Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring Advisory. Ezra graduated from Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business in 2019 with a BS in Business & Management with a concentration in Finance.
