Vivian is a Managing Director within Bridgepoint Credit and joined the Firm in 2020 from EQT Credit which was acquired by Bridgepoint in 2020. Prior to joining EQT in 2017, she worked for Ropes & Gray International LLP within their Finance Group, dealing with a broad range of financing transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financing and direct and alternative capital lending. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
