Marine de Boucaud Bio

Marine is a Partner, Head of People and sits on the Bridgepoint Executive Committee. She joined the Firm in 2021. Prior to Bridgepoint Marine worked for AXA in a number of positions in France and the US, becoming Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the AXA US Executive Committee ahead of, and through, the IPO of AXA’s US business. Marine has dual French and US nationality and speaks fluent German. She is a graduate of Tufts University, MA, USA.
