John Murphy Bio

John is a Partner & Head of Syndicated Debt within Bridgepoint Credit. He joined the Firm in 2020 from EQT Credit which was acquired by Bridgepoint in 2020. Prior to joining EQT in 2019, he worked at Cairn Capital Limited where he was responsible for the management of CLOs and leveraged loan strategies as well as structuring and development of new opportunities within the leveraged finance business. Prior to this John worked at Deutsche Bank in London working on structured finance analytics. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Edinburgh.
