Rob Gage Bio

Rob Gage is a Managing Principal at Brennan Investment Group and is responsible for the acquisition and development of industrial properties in North and South Carolinas. Additionally, he oversees all operational activities within his region, including management and leasing. Since joining Brennan Investment Group in 2020, Rob has developed or acquired close to 2 million SF of industrial properties in the Carolinas and Nashville. Prior to joining Brennan, Rob was vice president of development for AI. Neyer in Nashville. In this role, Rob was responsible for the ground-up development of over $130 million of development projects. He also previously served as a senior vice president of leasing and sales for Proventure Commercial Real Estate, OakPoint Real Estate, and Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he advised numerous local and Fortune 500 clients as well as institutional investors in real estate strategy, leasing, acquisition, and disposition. Throughout his career, he has completed well over $1 billion in sales, leasing, and development transactions. Rob is a native of Greenville, SC where he resides today and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC.
