John Torp Bio

John Torp is Senior Vice President at Brennan Investment Group. His responsibilities include acquisitions, development, and asset management in Colorado, Boise, Las Vegas, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, and Phoenix. John has a strong background in acquisitions/dispositions as well as in leasing and management. Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was vice president at Stream Realty Partners, where he advised institutional and private clients on project leasing, asset repositioning, and development. Prior to that, he was at Newmark Knight Frank as a member of the Capital Group. During the course of his career, John has successfully closed over $1 billion in transactions.John received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, where he was also an All-American as a member of the football team. He is also a member of the Colorado University Real Estate Council.
