Joe Macchione Bio

Joe Macchione serves as the Senior Vice President, Head of Midwest Operations at Brennan Investment Group, where he oversees leasing and operations for over 12 million square feet of industrial properties across the Midwest. Since joining Brennan Investment Group 9 years ago, Joe has held a variety of roles, including Senior Vice President of Leasing, Vice President of Leasing, Leasing Associate, and Property Manager. His experience spans leasing, property management, and operational oversight, making him a key leader in the company’s continued growth and success in the region. Joe earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Joe is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and an active member of NAIOP.
