Eric Clausen Bio

Eric Clausen is Vice President of Asset Management for Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Clausen is primarily responsible for management of the Group’s single tenant net lease portfolios with locations throughout the United States. Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Clausen worked in joint venture asset management, acquisitions, and debt finance for Inland American Real Estate Trust, First Industrial Realty Trust, and Northwestern Investment Management. Mr. Clausen has over 12 years’ experience as a portfolio investment manager in industrial and other major property types. Over this time, Mr. Clausen has successfully managed multiple, primarily industrial portfolios worth over $1 billion in combined value and has also been involved in $2.5 billion worth of new investments. Mr. Clausen earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
