Pavan Tripathi Bio

Pavan Tripathi is a Partner at Bregal Sagemount, where he is focused on originating and underwriting investments in the software, information / data services, and digital infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, Pavan worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an investment banker and private equity investor. Most recently, he was a member of the Growth Equity team in Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division where he focused primarily on high-growth software and digital infrastructure businesses. Pavan graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics. He also holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
