Neil Shah Bio

Neil Shah is an Operating Partner focusing on M&A and add-on capabilities. He has a deep background in M&A, having worked on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Previously, Neil served as the Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Ziff Davis (NASDAQ: ZD), where he led and championed over 15 transactions during his tenure. Ziff Davis is a serial programmatic acquirer that owns and operates software and media businesses. Neil was responsible for managing the entire investment process from end to end. Prior to Ziff Davis, he worked as an Investment Banker at Houlihan Lokey, a leading M&A advisory firm, with a focus on Technology, Media, and Telecom transactions. Neil holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in Canada.
