Mit Shah is an Operating Vice President focusing on M&A and add-on capabilities for high growth technology businesses. Previously, Mit was a Senior Associate at Berkery, Noyes & Co., where he focused on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across the Technology, Media, & Telecom sector. Prior to BNC, Mit was an M&A Investment Banker at Jefferies and Mizuho. Mit started his career at IBM as a Strategy Consultant and early-stage Venture Capital Investor. Mit received a BS in Business and Engineering from Drexel University.
