David Greenbaum Bio

David Greenbaum is a Principal at Bregal Sagemount and is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, information / data services, tech-enabled services, and financial technology sectors. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, David was a Senior Associate and founding team member at Brighton Park Capital, where he focused on investing in high-growth software and information / data services businesses. Prior to Brighton Park Capital, David was an Associate at Level Equity. David began his career at Morgan Stanley in the firm’s Technology Investment Banking group. David received a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
