Grace Bernier Bio

Grace Bernier is a Vice President at Bregal Investments. Prior to joining Bregal, Grace was a Senior Associate at Tengram Capital Partners and its successor firm, Seawall Capital – both middle market, consumer-focused funds based in NYC. Previously, she was an Associate at Antares Capital, a private credit fund. Grace started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta. Grace graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond with a BSBA in Economics and a concentration in Finance.
