Emma Martin is a Vice President in the People team at Bregal Investments. Prior to joining Bregal, Emma worked at Greyhound Capital, a specialist growth equity investment firm where she set up the People and Workplace functions and processes from inception. Prior to Greyhound, Emma was at Berenberg for 4 years where she helped the business scale from 200 to 400 people over 2 years and lead the London Operations Team. Emma holds a Level 5 Diploma in Performing Arts from her time at Italia Conti. Since then, in her corporate career, she has studied further and has CIPD and NEBOSH qualifications.
