Valerie is responsible for all financial and administrative operations, including Finance, Accounting, Treasury Management, Information Technology, Compliance, Investor Relations and Office Administration. Valerie has over twenty years of global finance experience with a large multi-national emphasis. Prior to joining Boyne, Valerie served as Director, Strategy & Operations for Our Kids of Miami-Dade/Monroe, Inc., where she developed and implemented strategic direction and managed operations. Valerie previously held several senior finance positions at large, multi-national corporations, including: Burger King Corporation, AT&T Wireless Services, Inc., BAX Global, Inc. and The Walt Disney Company. Valerie received her undergraduate degree in accounting and management information systems from the University of Arizona and her MBA from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
