Scott Bartnick Bio

Scott helps drive the investment process at Boyne and is involved in the sourcing, underwriting and due diligence of acquisition opportunities for the firm. Prior to joining Boyne, Scott worked as an investment professional with ClearSky, sourcing and executing growth stage investments in enterprise technology and services businesses. Scott previously worked as a member of the corporate M&A team at MEDNAX, focusing on the acquisition and integration of private physician group practices across North America, and he began his career with Deloitte’s South Florida Audit & Assurance practice. Scott received his BS in Accounting and MS in Operations Management from the University of Florida, and his MBA from Columbia Business School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.
