Hanneke Modderman Bio

Hanneke started her career as an advisor to start-ups at a consultancy firm. She then gained experience in various disciplines of banking as a Financial Trainee at Van Lanschot. As an Associate at the Strategy & Corporate Development team of Van Lanschot, she came into contact with M&A projects, among other things. In 2016, Hanneke moved to the team of Van Lanschot Participaties, the predecessor of Bolster. Since 2023, she has also been a board member of ACG Holland, the network organization for everyone who is active in mid-market M&A. “Enthusiastic entrepreneurs who pursue their vision and their dreams are a great source of inspiration for me. I find the passion they show in our work. It intrigues me to delve deeply into a specific market and to understand it. Although we can never gain as much knowledge as someone who has been active in that sector for decades, our motivation to want to know exactly how the business works often makes the difference. It is about genuine interest. We share the drive for our work with entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs do what they are good at and where their passion lies. So do we.
