Kurt Hanson Bio

Kurt Hanson is the Sr. Vice President & Chief Legal Officer for Bluestem Equity. Kurt oversees all legal functions for Bluestem and its portfolio companies, including enterprise risk, banking relationships, and integration into the Bluestem systems. Prior to joining Bluestem Equity, Kurt was the VP and General Manager of Mustang Cat’s Power System divisions, where he also served as head of Mustang Cat’s legal, credit and human resources departments. Kurt has a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law. He enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, golf and spending time with family and friends (especially on Galveston Bay).
