Joe joined Bluewater in March 2022 and is involved in all phases of the investment cycle, from initial assessment and due diligence to deal execution and portfolio company management. Prior to joining Bluewater, Joe worked on the investment team at Graham Partners private equity fund, focusing on industrial technology and advanced manufacturing investments in the middle market. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Drexel University.
