As a Managing Partner at Blue Sea Capital, Rick is responsible for leading and managing the firm, as well as sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing industrial growth and aerospace & defense investments. He serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to founding Blue Sea Capital, Rick was a Partner of Brockway Moran & Partners, a middle market private equity firm. He began his career at Arthur Andersen and served as a Manager in the firm’s transaction advisory practice at its world headquarters.
