As a Vice President at Blue Sea Capital, Kristin assists with identifying, evaluating, and executing industrial growth and aerospace & defense investment opportunities, as well as providing ongoing support to the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Blue Sea Capital, Kristin was a Vice President at GTCR. She was previously a Vice President at Trivest Partners and a Senior Associate at Thompson Street Capital Partners. Kristin began her career as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Deutsche Bank Securities.
