Gray joined Blue Road in 2019 and is currently a Vice President on the investment team. Prior to joining Blue Road, Gray worked at Deutsche Bank in the investment banking division as an Analyst in the Industrials Group, covering industrials and natural resources companies. Gray received a B.A. in Government with a minor in Economic Public Policy from Dartmouth College.
