Rob joined Blantyre in early 2019, and was promoted to Partner in 2022. As Head of Operations, Rob is focused on operational aspects of investment execution, tax structuring, financing, valuations, risk management, and reporting across the portfolio. Prior to joining Blantyre, he spent several years as an analyst at Alchemy Special Opportunities, working on a wide range of European distressed credit, special situations, and private equity transactions. Previously he was part of the in-house legal team at Duet Asset Management, and began his career in legal practice, specialising in financial services. Rob has MA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Edinburgh, a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Certificate from BPP Law School. He is a CAIA Charterholder.
