Johann Scheid Bio

Prior to joining Blantyre, Johann was an Associate at Moelis & Company focusing on Financial Restructuring, M&A and Capital Markets Advisory across EMEA covering various sectors. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Team at UniCredit covering European Financial Sponsor backed buy-outs across various industries as well as add-on financings. He also worked at Lazard and IKB in investment banking. Prior to this he founded and exited three start-ups. Johann served in the German Military and was part of the Close Protection Team assuring the security of high military and Government officials. Johann holds an MSc in Finance from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel (EBS), an MSc in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and a BA in Business from Lauder Business School, Vienna. He speaks English and German.
