Mr. Norman is a Vice President at BlackRock. Prior to joining BlackRock’s US Private Capital team, Mr. Norman was an investment banking analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he structured and originated leveraged loans and high yield bonds to support leveraged buyouts, corporate acquisitions and other leveraging transactions across a variety of industries. Mr. Norman received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
