Kurt Pilecki Bio

Kurt Pilecki joined Bison Capital in 2008. Mr. Pilecki is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Advantmed, LLC, Curtin Maritime, Ease Insurance Limited, and For the Record. He was formerly a member of the Board of Directors of Clinical Research Laboratories, LLC, Ease Entertainment Services, LLC, and Miva, Inc. Prior to joining Bison, he worked in CIBC World Markets’ Healthcare investment banking group in New York City, having completed various merger and acquisition, equity, and leverage finance transactions for life sciences, healthcare information technology, and services companies. Throughout his career, Mr. Pilecki has been directly involved in the investment, raising and exit of over $1.5 billion of public and private capital. Mr. Pilecki earned a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, where he concentrated in Finance and Accounting.
