John Voge Bio

John Voge joined Bison Capital in 2017. Mr. Voge is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Aqua Expeditions Pte. Ltd. and Wyo-Ben, Inc. He was formerly a member of the Board of Directors of Apex Innovative Science, Inc. Prior to joining Bison, Mr. Voge worked at StepStone on the private equity team and prior to that, at Harbert Growth Partners, evaluating venture capital investments in emerging growth-stage technology companies. Previously, Mr. Voge worked in the Investment Banking Group at BB&T Capital Markets where he focused on sell-side M&A and capital markets transactions across various industries including building products, industrial distribution, and consumer durables. Mr. Voge earned a BS in Management with a concentration in Finance with honors from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
