Mark Slater Bio

Mark Slater is a Senior Managing Director of BHC Capital Partners and also serves as a member of the Advisor’s Investment Committee. Mr. Slater focuses on sourcing and executing technology, media and telecom investment opportunities. Mr. Slater brings over 25 years experience in corporate finance, M&A and debt and equity underwriting for both private and public companies. Previously, Mr. Slater held investment banking positions at RBS Citizens, J.P. Morgan, Hambrecht & Quist, and served in the equity research group at Fidelity Management & Research. He has also independently advised multiple start-up companies, where he served as a senior member of management or as trusted Board advisor. Mr. Slater received a Masters of Science in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and earned a BA in Classics and Physics from Brown University.
