Stephanie Charles Bio

Stephanie joined BGH Capital in 2017 as a Deal Partner focused on investments in Consumer Products & Services and as Head of Capital Markets. Prior to joining BGH she was a Managing Director in the investment banking division at Credit Suisse, based in Melbourne. Stephanie spent nearly fourteen years at Credit Suisse and was Head of Retail, Consumer, Healthcare and Chemicals for Australia. During her time at Credit Suisse, Stephanie advised on over A$10 billion of capital markets assignments and over A$10 billion in M&A transactions. Prior to that, Stephanie worked for four years in the investment banking division of Citigroup in Australia and New York and spent almost three years as a lawyer at Allens Linklaters.Stephanie is a Director of Navitas, Village Roadshow, Laurent and Hazeldene’s. She currently serves on the Australian Takeovers Panel. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Melbourne (Honours).------------
