Robin Bishop Bio

Robin is a Founding Partner of BGH Capital. Previously, Robin was Head of Macquarie Capital, Australia and New Zealand, overseeing the region’s investment banking team, managing investments valued between A$500 million and A$1 billion at any given time. He was also a member of the Macquarie Capital and Macquarie Group Management Committees. Prior to being appointed Head of Macquarie Capital, Robin led a number of Macquarie’s most successful private equity investments. Robin is a Director of ForHealth, CyberCX and Pushpay. He is a Commissioner on the Australian Football League Commission and a Non-Executive Director of the Burnet Institute for Medical Research. He currently serves on the Australian Takeovers Panel. Robin holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
