Sofia Paci Bio

Sofia joined BGF's London office in August 2023 to focus on sourcing new investments and bolt-on acquisitions for portfolio companies. She joins from Alchemmy, a boutique management consultancy, where she led business development across their Financial Services client base. Sofia started her career at Third Bridge, managing research projects for UK-based mid-market private equity firms and then leading on bolt-on origination for PE-backed technology businesses, working closely with their management teams.
