Ann is Head of Legal, having joined BGF in 2012. She is now responsible for all corporate and investment legal matters, including working with BGF’s community of legal advisers. Ann was previously at Pinsent Masons and has over 20 years’ experience in the growth capital, private equity and M&A markets.
