Joni oversees our collective tax ecosystem, guiding all critical aspects of our tax due diligence, structuring, advisory and compliance. Working with our platforms, investors, and advisory partners to identify and navigate tax and regulatory challenges – both simple and complex – is both a strength and passion for Joni.
