Mark Spender Bio

Mark Spender is a Partner at BCP. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee, serves on the Portfolio Committee, and is involved in all areas of the firm’s investment activities. Mark has also been involved in BCP’s investments in Atlas Technical Consultants and Bernhard, LLC. Prior to joining BCP, Mark served as a Managing Director in the Global Industrials Group of Credit Suisse. During his more than 15 years in investment banking, Mark focused on a variety of industrial sub-sectors, including engineering and construction, building products and construction materials, and industrial distribution. Mark received his B.B.A. with Highest Distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Mark lives with his wife and four children in Brentwood, Tennessee.
