Jeff Plauche Bio

Jeff Plauche is an Operating Partner at BCP. He is involved in all areas of the firm’s investment activities. Jeff brings 25 years of heavy construction experience to BCP, spending the last 23 years with one of the largest civil infrastructure firms in the Southeast as a Senior Vice President. Jeff is versed in managing civil infrastructure, industrial, and marine project teams, as well as general corporate management, organizational structure, and leadership development. Jeff has served on numerous boards including most recently the Louisiana Tech Construction Industry Advisory Board, the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, and the Louisiana Construction Education Trust Fund. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
