Milo Dee Bio

Milo Dee is a Principal and a member of the Consumer team at Berkshire Partners. He is currently involved with Berkshire portfolio companies El Dorado Foods, Implus, Kendra Scott and Mielle Organics. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2020, he was a Co-Founder of Coast Up, a company that launches and grows consumer brands that have meaningful direct marketing opportunities. Previously, he was a Vice President at Sycamore Partners and an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Milo received a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
