Michael Ascione Bio

Mike Ascione is a Managing Director and member of the Services and Industrials and Technology teams at Berkshire Partners. He is currently involved with Berkshire portfolio companies Consolidated Precision Products Corp., EP Wealth Advisors, FoodChain ID, Harvey Performance Company, and TransDigm. Examples of prior portfolio company involvement include Bartlett Nuclear, Carter’s, HMT, Husky, Party City, Skillsoft and WordWave. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2001, he worked in Corporate Finance at Goldman Sachs & Co. Mike received a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
