Greg Pappas Bio

Greg Pappas is a Managing Director at Berkshire Partners where he leads the Portfolio Support Group. He is currently involved with Berkshire portfolio companies Accela, U.S. Anesthesia Partners and VetStrategy. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2010, Greg was a Senior Partner at The Parthenon Group where he managed its private equity practice and was a member of the firm’s executive committee. He began his career as an accountant with Deloitte’s audit and financial services group where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, and the organization of control, cost management and reporting systems. Greg received a B.S. from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
