Steve Morris Bio

Steve is a Partner, Head of Fund Performance and Compliance Officer. He oversees Beechbrook’s investments in each fund, fund performance policies and procedures. He leads on several investments within various of the Beechbrook funds. He is a Member of all Investment Committees and the Risk Committee. Prior to joining Beechbrook in 2018, Steve spent 4 years working at UK Government Investments governing businesses and restructuring where the government had a vested interest. Before this, Steve spent 19 years working for the Natwest Group and the Royal Bank of Scotland in various corporate banking roles including Origination, Client Coverage, Credit, Leveraged Finance and latterly a Director in the Restructuring team. He also spent 12 months working for a start-up Social Impact Fund as Head of Investments.
