Jack Browne Bio

Jack is an Associate Director based in the Birmingham Office. He is responsible for the origination, selection and execution of new investments for the UK strategy, as well as managing portfolio investments. He focuses on the Midlands area and won the Midlands Emerging Dealmaker of the Year award in 2022. Prior to joining Beechbrook in 2021, Jack qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Cooper Parry, before moving into their Corporate Finance team. Whilst in Corporate Finance, he focused primarily on mid-market transactions, working with privately owned businesses and institutional investors, advising on M&A strategy, disposals, acquisitions, MBOs and fundraising.
