Alan O'Dea Bio

Alan is an Investment Director in the investment team, based in the Cork office. He is primarily responsible for origination activities across Ireland, the Netherlands, and the UK. His role includes managing the execution of new investments and ongoing portfolio management of invested companies. Alan is a board observer on a number of portfolio companies. Alan is also a member of the Beechbrook ESG Committee. Prior to joining Beechbrook in 2019, Alan spent 3 years leading European Capital Markets for Brookfield Asset Management in its renewables division. He also spent 3 years as an Investment and Risk Analyst with Kleinwort Benson in the Private Investment Office and the Asset Management Division. Alan is a CFA Charter holder.
