Michael Boylan is a Co-Manager and Principal of BBH Capital Partners. In this role, he focuses on BBHCP investing activities, including sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution and providing post-investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies. In addition, Mike is involved in the ongoing interactions with limited partners of BBHCP. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Mike evaluated and managed equity, leveraged finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions as a member of Lehman Brothers’ financial sponsors group. Mike is a director on the board of directors of Sunstar Insurance Group, Utility Pipeline and Bradford Airport Logistics. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
