Donald Hardie Bio

Don Hardie is a Co-Manager and Principal of the BBH Capital Partners Opportunities Fund. He has extensive experience in private equity investing, corporate finance and law. In his role, Don is actively involved in sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution and providing post-acquisition value-added oversight and direction to CP Opportunities Fund portfolio companies. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Don served as a Partner or other senior executive of several private equity investment companies, including a single family office focused on private equity investments in the lower end of the middle-market as well as a global alternative asset firm, where he focused on middle-market private equity investments. Don received a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.
