Leigh Rovzar Bio

Leigh Rovzar is a Partner and General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of BayPine. He also holds similar positions at Declaration Partners. Most recently, Mr. Rovzar was a Senior Vice President and Co-Head of the Legal Department at Magnitude Capital. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rovzar served as an Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and as a Vice President in the Acquisitions Group at Walton Street Capital. Mr. Rovzar holds an AB from Harvard College and a JD and MBA from Northwestern University.
